Pat Washington is BACK!

What Have you been up to lately in SF?

I've been doing a lot of music. I started a record label, Solidarity Records.  I opened up a recording studio, began recording local artists, and put out 5 albums last year, including a movie, Man's World, all filmed, directed, and edited by me.  I started a social network to promote artists, music and videos, called Solidarity.com funded solely by my motivation! lol.  You can still see me around skating the streets of SF, I've just been on the under.

Tell us about your album Past Due?

Past Due was one of the first albums I put out. It's all self produced, recorded and mixed by me, myself.  It basically helped me to officially break into the underground music scene in San Francisco.  Then, I most recently released another album in November, The Focus.  This is my second solo album, and it's been helping to further establish me as an artist and producer.  It's got a lot of features such as Mike Marshall, Equipto, Spank Pops, and others.

Have you been skating?

Yeah, I've been skating!  But just mostly cruising around the city, hanging out with old friends, more just having fun with it nowadays alongside the music.  Skating is a part of my life no matter what I'm doing.

What is in the future for PW Esquire?

Future for me is building my brand, as far as Pat Washington, P.W. Esquire and Solidarity Records, trying to get it all out there to the World.  My music, videos, movies, anything I'm doing, I'm doing it big, and staying ahead of the curve...
